Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? A: Yes! Cash on Delivery is available all across Pakistan. You pay when your order arrives at your door — no online payment needed.

Q: Can I pay by bank transfer? A: Yes. If you'd like to pay in advance via bank transfer, contact us on WhatsApp at +92 319 6062 292 and we'll share our bank details. You also get 10% off when you pay in advance.

Q: Is it safe to order online from Stylofye? A: Absolutely. Your order details are fully secure. We never share your personal information with third parties, and your address is only used to deliver your order.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? A: Yes, but only before your order is dispatched. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +92 319 6062 292 with your order number and we'll do our best to help.


Delivery & Shipping

Q: Do you deliver all over Pakistan? A: Yes — we deliver nationwide, including all major cities and remote areas across Pakistan.

Q: How long does delivery take? A: Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. Deliveries to major cities like Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad are usually faster.

Q: How much does delivery cost? A: Delivery is FREE on all orders over Rs. 2,000. For orders below Rs. 2,000, a small delivery fee applies at checkout.

Q: How do I track my order? A: Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use it to track your parcel with the courier company.

Q: What if my order is delayed? A: Delays can occasionally happen due to courier issues or public holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll investigate immediately.


Products & Ingredients

Q: Are Stylofye products safe to use? A: Yes. All Stylofye products are formulated for external use and are free from mineral oil, parabens, and phthalates. We list all key ingredients on every product page so you know exactly what you're applying.

Q: Are your products suitable for sensitive skin? A: Our formulas are designed to be gentle for daily use. However, if you have very sensitive skin or a known skin condition, we recommend doing a small patch test on your inner arm 24 hours before full use.

Q: How do I do a patch test? A: Apply a small amount of product to the inside of your wrist or elbow. Wait 24 hours. If there is no redness, itching, or irritation, the product is safe for you to use normally.

Q: Are Stylofye products tested on animals? A: No. Stylofye products are not tested on animals.

Q: Can I use Stylofye products during pregnancy? A: We recommend consulting your doctor before using any new skincare product during pregnancy, as individual sensitivities vary.


Results & Usage

Q: How long does it take to see results? A: Most customers begin noticing visible improvement within 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use. For best results, use twice daily as directed and be patient — good skincare takes time.

Q: Why am I not seeing results yet? A: Results vary from person to person depending on skin type, consistency of use, and individual body chemistry. Make sure you are using the product twice daily without skipping. If you have been using consistently for more than 6 weeks with no change, contact us and we'll advise you personally.

Q: How do I use the cream and serum together? A: Mix the provided serum thoroughly into the cream before first use. Take a small amount onto your palm, apply evenly to the desired area, and massage in gentle upward circular motions until fully absorbed. Use twice daily — morning and night — for best results.

Q: Can I use multiple Stylofye products at the same time? A: Yes. Our products are designed to complement each other. If you are unsure which combination is right for you, message us on WhatsApp and we'll recommend a routine based on your goals.

Q: Should I use the product every day? A: Yes — consistency is key. Daily use (twice a day) gives you the best chance of visible results. Occasional or irregular use will significantly slow down progress.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return a product if I'm not happy? A: We accept returns only on sealed, unopened products. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. Please check product details carefully before purchasing.

Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product? A: We sincerely apologise if this happens. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp (+92 319 6062 292) with a photo of the damage or incorrect item. We will replace it or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.

Q: How do I request a return or exchange? A: Message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and a clear photo of the product. Our team will guide you through the process within 24 hours.

Q: How long do refunds take? A: Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days back to your original payment method or via bank transfer.

Q: Is Stylofye a genuine Pakistani brand? A: Yes — Stylofye is a 100% Pakistani brand, founded and operated in Pakistan. We are not a reseller of imported products. Every product is developed and sold directly by us.

Q: Are the customer reviews on your website real? A: Yes. All reviews are collected through Judge.me, an independent third-party review platform. We do not write or edit customer reviews.
